Save Your Files-We Are Not Responsible

OWe Don't reset your downloads. It is a manual process that requires us to reset each file individually. We have thousands of customers & thousands of orders. It is becoming impossible of a task when we are trying to create new files & keep up with new orders/customers/emails etc. Please be sure to download your files before they expire & save them somewhere safe & possibly in more than one place. Also, please back up your purchases as we are not responsible for computer crashes or lost files. Thank you for understanding
