If you have any questions about commercial use at all, please contact us first. Please don't just assume. No embroidery digitizing or any embroidery is allowed for anything at this time. No laser svg files are allowed with anything purchased on this site. No cookie cutters. No printing and cutting out the clipart to sell Please be sure you are not purchasing duplicate files. If you do, we are not responsible to replace them. We are not responsible for lost files on your part (computer crashes etc) Please back your files up in as many places as you are able to.

Terms Of Use-SVG Cutting Files/Paper Piecing Patterns

What you CAN Do:
You CAN use any Marjorie Ann Designs patterns (paper piecing files) to create handmade projects for personal or commercial use. If the patterns are used for commercial use (selling completed projects like layouts, cards, paper piecings etc)

What you CANNOT Do:
You cannot use any item or part to create kits or part of a kit for resale.
You cannot use any item or part to create another digital product or image
You cannot use as free files for sharing in public forums/groups
You cannot alter or auto trace any item or part to create images for sharing or resale
You cannot use any item or part to create printed products or patterns for resale
You cannot sell the files as you receive them You cannot create embroidery digitizing or any embroidery files You cannot create wooden items cut from a machine like a glowforge laser cutter. No tier tray sets, no earrings etc. You cannot sell cookie cutters You cannot sell physical die cuts

The Clipart may be used for personal or commercial use without a license.  However, you must create something new with the art. Example a merged card with other elements or a scrapbook page with merged elements. YOU CAN NOT JUST PRINT AND CUT OUT THE ART TO SELL

The Clipart is great for designing most printable paper crafts, card making / card makers, teacher lessons, digi scrapping elements and much more!

They cannot be sold as you receive them

No cutting files, print and cut files, scripts or tubes may be made from these clipart collections.You cannot create embroidery digitizing or any embroidery files
