Downloading Your Order

How do I download my order?

Once your payment has been completed you should be redirected back to our website from PayPal
to a download page where you can download your order.
Click on the download button located next to your order to begin your download.You can also click on each file name to download

If you are not redirected back to the site, simply go back to the website and your downloads will be in your account
you set up with us.

The download links are good for 30 days,
so be sure to save the files to your computer before then as the links will expire after 30 days.

What is a ZIP file?

Zip files (.zip) are single files that contain one or more compressed files.
Zip files make it easy to keep related files together and make downloading files faster and more efficient.
The Zip format is the most popular compression format used in the Windows environment,
and WinZip is the most popular compression utility.

How do I open a ZIP file?

 First if you don't have an unzipping program on your computer you will need to get one.
You can download a free trial at www.winzip.com .
After you have installed WinZip, you can open a Zip file by double clicking it on your computer and choosing
"Unzip or install from an existing Zip file" in the WinZip Wizard.
(If the WinZip Wizard does not open by default when you start WinZip, just click the Wizard button in the toolbar).
The WinZip Wizard will guide you through the process of unzipping your file.

I downloaded my order and I don't know where it is on my computer

 When you download files, Windows usually saves them in the Downloads folder which is located under
your user name in the users folder on the drive where Windows is installed (for example C:usersyour namedownloads).
When you are saving the file, you can choose to save it to a different folder.
If you're not sure where the file was saved, you can search for it from your Start menu.

My download timed out. How do I get back to finish downloading my order

Simply click on Log In on the top right corner of our website and enter your Log In details then click on
My Account located on the top right corner then click on your order found under previous orders
(somewhere in the middle of the page) then scroll down just a little and you will see the download buttons next to your order,
 click on the download button to begin downloading your order.

After I placed my order I wasn't redirected by Paypal back to your website. How do I get my order

 If you are not redirected after your order has been placed then simply return to our website and
click on Log In and enter your Log In details then click on My Account located on the top right corner
then click on your order (usually somewhere in the middle of the page)
then scroll down just a little and you will see the download buttons next to your order.
 Click on the download button to begin downloading your order.
